Use this filter to sort the captured data by the source IP addresses.

Specify here IP addresses of source hosts. "Host" here stands for any computer, no matter is it a server or a client. You cannot use one IP address to specify the entire network.

Filtering Rules:

1) Both the Enabled IPs and the Disabled IPs lists are empty.

Traffic from all hosts is viewed.

2) The Enabled IPs list is empty, the Disabled IPs list contains some data.

View traffic from all hosts except those that are listed in the Disabled IPs list.

3) The Enabled IPs list contains some data, the Disabled IPs list is empty.

Only the traffic from the hosts listed in the Disabled IPs list will be viewed.

4) Both the Enabled IPs and the Disabled IPs lists contain some data.

Rule 2) is applied first, and then Rule 3).

Examples:

1) We want to track data requested by the 192.168.1.1 host and the data downloaded from the 192.168.1.254 host.

Add both IP addresses to the Enabled IPs list.

2) We do not want to see any data requested by the 192.168.1.1 host and the data downloaded from the 192.168.1.254 host.

Add both IP addresses to the Disabled IPs list.

3) We want to trackl data downloaded from the 192.168.1.254 host, but we do not need statistics for the 192.168.1.1 and 192.168.1.2 hosts.

Add the first IP address to the Enabled IPs list and two other addresses to the Disabled IPs list.
